The gorgeous “Miss Cheeks” {Adelaide Newborn Photographer}

I recently had the pleasure of meeting and photographing little miss Amelia. She was 13 days old.

I personally have always had “chunky” babies so find myself quite partial to chubby cheeks. Miss Amelia’s were to die for! When I arrived she had already been awake for 2 hours and tried to convince us that she was NOT going to sleep! However I used my “mother of 4″ powers (I only wish they would work for my own!) and we eventually got her off to sleep! It was well worth the wait!

Without further ado….. introducing Miss Amelia.

I really enjoyed shooting “pink” again as I have only seen “blue” for a few month now!

Look at her gorgeous little face!

And finally, the gorgeous family! Inc the inquisitive little Bailey (the dog) – who simply LOVED all of my props!

~Surprise Wedding~ {Adelaide Wedding Photographer}

Well yesterday (Valentines Day) I had the pleasure of photographing a surprise (yes that’s SURPRISE) wedding! The couple had invited their guests around for a joint birthday celebration, about 45 mins into the party, they snuck off and quickly changed. Meanwhile down with the guests the wedding celebrant steps out of the crowd to announce they were in fact here for a wedding! You can imagine the surprise on everyone’s face! It was wonderful!

End of Jan Challenge! {Adelaide Baby Photographer}

YAY YAY YAY! I did it! I sucseffuly completed the January challenge! It’s funny to look back on all the pictures for the month as you can really tell the difference between the days I was inspired vs. the days I did it “becasue i had to”!

I just want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone (especially all my Flickr friends) who have commented and encouraged me on my photographic journey this last month! I feel as if Declan has about 80 cyber aunties! LOL

Ok so we pick up on the 22nd with Cayla and her “real life doll”.

Kaity saw that the others had photos with Declan so of course she wanted a turn too, only problem is a) she doesn’t stay still. EVER!

My boy is growing up so fast! Look how much older he is in these photos.

This is the dreaded self-portrait!

And then one of the 2 boys together again, probably one of my favorite for the month.

We have smiles!!!! I was so happy I had my camera at hand when he decided to crack out this beauty!

Look how chubby he is getting! We have cracked the 6 kilo mark already!

YAY the month is O-V-E-R!!!

And as a finish finale I decided to put them all together in a slideshow.

This is Declan’s first 6 weeks of life!

10 Week old Harper {Adelaide baby photographer}

I recently had the pleasure of photographing baby Harper. His Mum used to live next door to us and we were thrilled when we found out she was expecting!

This little 10 week old beauty is just the cutest! He has gorgeous eyes and was just so alert. I really enjoyed this session! (Not to mention catching up with Mum too! )
