Aimee turns 4! {Adelaide Family Photographer}

I was delighted to be asked to photograph little miss Aimee as she approached her 4th birthday. I have watched this little princess grow from a fat little rolly poly baby, into the beautiful little miss that she is today.

Shana had been location scouting and found the most perfect little field. We were very lucky as the land had been left and not mowed….. just the way we like it!

This kind of session has to be one of my fav’s! Willing models, gorgeous light, and a lot of laughter!!!

Happy Birthday beautiful Aimee.

Coastlens SHOOTshop! {Adelaide Photographer}

I had the immense please of being invited along to the most recent Coastlens SHOOTshop. It’s kinda of like a workshop, but not really! If that makes any sense at all! It’s just a wonderful group of Christians who love photography, getting together and doing what they love, taking photos! I had an absolute blast!

I laughed, I listened, I helped (well I think I did), I watched, I learnt, and did I mention… I laughed, A LOT! :D

A HUGE Shout out to the fabulous Cindy Lee of Cindy Lee Photography for inviting me! I now can’t wait for the next one!

If it sounds like something you’d enjoy, then shout out! They love new members!

Onto the proof! – We were so extremely lucky to have such a wonderful line up of gorgeous models! Check out these gorgeous girls, who also happen to be BFF’s!

Skye, gorgeous Skye! My camera (and I) couldn’t get enough of this girl! She also has a beautiful personality to match!

Bella – In Italian this translates as “Beautiful”. Enough said.

Shannen. To me, beauty is not only about what we see physically, it’s also about what’s inside and radiates out. So true for this young lady!

This shoot took place at the grounds of St Jude’s Uniting Church at Willunga. They were so picturesque with glorious old stone furniture.

Fantastic Four!

I recently had the pleasure of catching up with Kelly and her gorgeous little tribe. Some of you may recognise little “Teddy” as I was lucky enough to do his newborn photos.

Here he was 1 year ago – Just reeking of newborn freshness. *sigh*

Here is Master J. Older brother extraordinaire! And little Teddy all grown up, a big 1 year old! – The cocoon that he was wearing in his newborn photo, is the same that’s on the teddy!

Next up are the gorgeous sisters!

Aren’t they just a gorgeous bunch?

I had so much fun with these guys! Thanks Kelly for a fab day!

Al & Bear {Adelaide Family Photographer}

When I first started up my blog, I showed off a picture of little “Bear” at about 4 months of age, in celebration of his 1st bithday. It can be found here.

Well of course I was delighted when his Mum (Ang) decided it was time for another photo session. We went for a stroll to my local “photo studio” (also known as “the park” LOL). I can’t say Bear was all that interested in posing for me, but wanted to play peek-a-boo on the picnic table instead. Al (his older sister) however was a completely different story! Lets just point Mum in the direction of the nearest modeling agency.

They are such a gorgeous pair of kids that I love ever so dearly! And I was so happy to get Ang in a couple as well.

The beautiful Annalise

And the gorgeous “Bear”

What a beautiful family they make!

Ang & Mark, thank you so much for allowing me the pleasure of photographing you gorgeous kiddies once again. I hope you enjoy!

6yrs + 3 kids + Lots of love = Mark & Shana {Adelaide Photographer}

6 years ago today this beautiful couple were married! I was one of Shana’s bridesmaids and still look back on the day with great fondness! I was excited to be taking their anniversary photos as I knew for a fact this was one shoot we’d have fun on!

Almost in exact replica of their wedding day it was a comedy of errors! Firstly my eldest son decided he would spend the afternoon vomiting, so instead of preparing myself, i was cleaning vomit of my tiles, the couch and myself! :D Then I arrive in the city only to realise that they have started blocking off streets for Clipsal….. hmmmm where on earth can I park???? So I circled the block a few hundred times until I found a relatively close spot….. only about 10 or so k’s away! ;) Then of course it decided to rain! And not that beautiful misty rain, but big fat ugly drops! It was blowing a gale and was freezing!! We would find a nice patch of sunlight, set up the shot, only for the sun to disappear again! But as they say, all’s well that ends well!

And here they are!

I just HAD to have a couple of shots of them on the bridge!

Isn’t she just so beautiful?!?!

Such a beautiful loving couple!

Mark & Shana, I am so blessed to have you guys in my life and to call you friends! I look forward with anticipation for what the next 6yrs and beyond will bring!
